Roleplaying guidelines.
❥ The Rainbow Cafe is a family-friendly social venue with only SFW roleplay allowed.❥ Please treat everyone with respect, kindness, and courteousness.❥ The mood of our cafe should err towards being sweet, relaxed, warm, supportive, and lighthearted.❥ Any in-character arguments, fights, and explicit roleplay should be kept in private messages or taken elsewhere.❥ Use party chat liberally for small group and one-on-one roleplay. Free company rooms are also welcome to be used as more private roleplay spaces.❥ Please approach staff members directly if you would like to order something off of our menu! ✶
✶ UPDATE: Menu orders now include an in-game item of a similar flavor! As the menu is customized, what you receive in-game will not be a 1:1 match, so please use your imagination! ♥
Cafe etiquette.
❥ We do not condone any level of hate speech, homophobia, transphobia, racism, misogyny, sexism, or other prejudicial behavior and language.❥ Avoid trolling or spam behavior. This includes advertisement, harassment, and messages of any kind sent repeatedly verbatim.❥ Keep minions and weapons turned off when inside the Cafe to help reduce visual clutter.❥ Bards and bands are welcome to perform inside! Please ask a staff member if you would like the Orchestrion to be paused.❥ Do not beg for art of your character! Doing so will get you blacklisted.

A large house in the Lavender Beds !
❤ Our beautiful mansion located in the heart of the Black Shroud functions as our cafe and central hub for Free Company activity.❤ Relax on our patio outdoors, or find comfort among our glittering gardens, where we grow our own supplies for chocobo care.❤ Additionally, we provide complementary, loving daily care and nourishment for any chocobos stabled on our lot.❤ As a member, you will also be provided your own quarters within our house to decorate or utilize as storage!

❤ We love hosting parties for our members. Once you've joined us, all you need to do is show up. We'll provide the fun!❤ Our events include tons of fun games and a vibrant social space. From costume glamour contests, to trivia, to hide + seek, we love to laugh together and celebrate our small family.❤ Participate in our events for a chance to win high-value prizes such as minions, furniture, and glamour sets!❤ We already annually celebrate Summer, Autumn, and Winter, but we are always cooking up something new for our community!

Weekly events, social hangouts, and casual roleplay !
❤ We provide weekly treasure map runs for our members level 60 and above. Don't worry about bringing your own maps - we will purchase them based on the lowest level participant and keep the train going until bedtime.❤ We love to hear what our members are excited about. Did you put together a new glam or decorate your house? Want to show off a cute minion or gush about your latest adventures? We are always glad to chat if you see us online!❤ We provide a casual roleplaying venue within our Free Company house for anyone who enjoys flexing their writing skills.
Free Company Rules
1. If you only read one of these, read this. Please be the bigger person—if you see someone trying to start a fight, don't fight back; DM a manager. Similarly, if you see anything that may cause issues or someone possibly willingly causing them, don’t try to argue them into submission. Don’t feed the trolls, nor your own trauma responses.2. ON TOPIC. Try to keep on-topic in all channels. We understand conversations naturally drift; however, if they do not self-correct after a while, a mod may step in to help do so. (see Channel Index)3. NO NSFW CONTENT. No age-restricted or obscene content. This includes text, images or links, and applies to all FC channels (in game, Discord, Syncshell, etc).4. NO SPAM OR SELF-PROMOTION. This includes server invites, advertisements, etc. without permission from the @Café Managers. This includes DMing fellow members.5. RESPECT. Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment, witch hunting, sexism, racism, transphobia, homophobia, or hate speech will be tolerated6. REPORT IT. If you see something against the rules or something that makes you feel unsafe, let a manager know. We want this space to be as inclusive and safe as possible.7. Similarly, if you are unsure if something is allowed, feel free to ask.
